If you are a new color guest, I ask all my new color guests to come in for a paid consultation to discuss your dreamy hair goals before scheduling your color service.

$35 for a 35-45 minute hair color consultation.

How often do I pay the consultation fee?

The consultation fee is for the first color appointment only.

Does the consultation fee go towards my hair appointment?

The fee includes a travel size wash and rinses to prep your hair before the first-time color service, my professional recommendation, and hair education; the consultation fee does not go towards service.

Do you guarantee your hair services?

Yes! my services are guaranteed precisely five days after your scheduled appointment based on the end goal we agreed on at the end of your consultation.

Do you guarantee your hair products?

yes absouoletly,If you are unhappy with your Kevin Murphy products, bring them back and switch them for something else.

Can I bring someone to my appointment with me?

I want this experience to be relaxing and give you time to disconnect from your world. I ask you not to bring a companion unless they also are getting a hair service.There is a lobby, and if you have to bring someone for some reason, please have them wait in the lobby for you.

What color brand do you use?

The leading brand of color I use is Kevin Murphy. I also use pulp Riot, Redken, Joico, and pravana.

Will I get charged a fee if I need to cancel my appointment?

There is no fee to cancel or change an appointment precisely 48 hours before your appointment.

What if I need to change or cancel after the 48-hour policy?

The sooner you can let me know, the better to fill in that available appointment. There's a fee for altering or canceling after 48 hours of the reservation, the price is 100% of the scheduled appointment and is encouraged to pay on the day of a missed appointment or before scheduling a new hair reservation.

What if I want to change my services at my appointment?

Altering or canceling services at your appointment is considered after 48 hours of notice; please plan to change your services 48 hours prior, so no fee applies.

What is the tipping process? How much do people usually tip?

Tipping is always optional and never expected, and pricing does not include tips. If you would love to leave a gratuity, industry standards are usually 15-20% of total services.
